By downloading, installing, or accessing the Bhashan Wallah mobile application from the Google Play Store or using our website (https://bhashanwallah.app), you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2 Scope of Digital Learning Services

Bhashan Wallah provides digital educational, public speaking, and communication coaching resources, including:

• Pre-recorded on-demand video masterclasses and speech tutorials by Prof. Manoj Wable.
• Extensive Marathi speech library covering Mahapurush, Saints, National Days, Anchoring (सूत्रसंचालन), and Social Events.
• Downloadable speech notes, frameworks, and PDFs for offline learning.
• AI-assisted speech generator, speech structuring templates, and AI speech improver tools.
• Interactive rehearsal analysis and voice feedback.

3 User Account Registration & Security

• You agree to provide accurate and truthful details when registering via Email, Mobile OTP, or Google Sign-In.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Account sharing, concurrent unauthorized multi-device sharing, or distributing login tokens is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account termination without refund.

4 Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

All video recordings, audio tracks, speech texts, course notes, trademarks, graphics, logos, and UI designs on Bhashan Wallah are the exclusive intellectual property of Prof. Manoj Shivaji Wable and Bhashan Wallah, protected under Indian Copyright and Intellectual Property Laws.

5 Annual Memberships, Billing & Payments

• VIP Annual Membership: Bhashan Wallah offers premium annual membership plans (standard ₹999/year) granting full access to all courses, speech vaults, and AI generation tools.
• Payment Processing: Transactions are securely processed via Razorpay in Indian National Rupees (INR) following Reserve Bank of India (RBI) protocols.

6 AI Speech Tools Disclaimer

The AI Speech Generator and Improver are designed as assistive writing and structuring aids for speakers. While our algorithms and training templates strive for cultural accuracy and inspiring rhetoric, users are encouraged to review, personalize, and fact-check generated speeches before delivering them in formal or public gatherings.

7 Termination & Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account if you breach any term of this Agreement, engage in copyright piracy, or harass community members.

8 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any legal dispute arising from this Platform, exclusive jurisdiction shall reside with the competent courts of Pune / Baramati, Maharashtra, India.
